HathiTrust Reminder

Just a reminder that our HathiTrust visit is on Monday, May 21st. We’ve had some inquiries about carpooling. If you are looking for others to carpool with, feel free to use the comments section below to make arrangements.

Here are the visit details:

We will  meet at 9:45am in the south lobby of the Harlan Hatcher Graduate Library on the University of Michigan campus and go up together. Please be on time so as not to disrupt the presentation.  If you are late though, take the elevator from the lobby up to the 8th Floor and meet us in Room 818.

Parking is tight there but it is spring so you may be able to catch a meter along South University Drive.  You can also park in the parking deck located at Forest just south of South University.  From there you can walk along South University to enter the building (you will see signs as the library has a South University address but is set back a bit behind the Clements Library).

For online students:  We will be testing Adobe Connect from the site ahead of time to assure that our online only students can hear the presentation live:

Also a reminder that RSVPs are required:   http://www.doodle.com/iqubtbkea3rzbn6q#table  If you cannot make it please contact Kim Schroeder (ag1797 at wayne dot edu) to let her know that you are leaving a space vacant.  Space is limited and we want to fit in as many students as possible.

We are looking forward to seeing you! If you have any other questions, leave a comment or email us.

  1. If anyone is willing to take on a rider, I’m interested in carpooling. I’m in Southfield near I-696, but depending on where you are, I could come to you on Monday morning. You can get me via the WSU system at ex5726.

What do you think?
